* Senior Annual Membership cannot be pro-rated.
* Fitness Memberships are paid in full or debited monthly from credit card.
Fitness Policies & Procedures:
- You must complete and sign a membership application & submit payment for Niles Park District to process membership. A photo ID card will be issued for your use when visiting.
- Return application to Howard Leisure Center, 6676 W. Howard Street. Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
- Senior Memberships are for all individuals 62 or older. An authentic proof of age and/or residency must be presented.
- Junior Memberships, boys & girls 14-17, require the consent of a parent or supervising adult.
- Additional family members must have same residency.
- All memberships must be renewed upon contract end date.
- Memberships are not transferable or assignable.
- There is a $20 cancellation fee.
- Resident rates are for all Niles Park District residents only.
- All memberships can be renewed at the Howard Leisure Center, 6676 W. Howard Street, or Tam Tennis, 7686 N. Caldwell.
