WELCOME TO SUMMER CAMP 2021
Welcome to Niles Park District Summer Camp Program! Camp is planned under the guidance of
CDC, IDPH, and DCEO guidelines. All camps are subject to change in accordance with the Restore
Illinois COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines. As these guidelines develop, the camp structure,
groups, locations, and activities may change or be canceled. Should changes or cancellations
occur, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
CAMP SESSIONS Important Camp Information
Participant must register for the full Registration Information

• Credit card payment must be included on the form in order to register.

• Campers must be registered by 5:00 pm, the Thursday prior to the session start date. A $25 late fee will

To withdraw from a session of camp and receive a refund, a request must be made by 5:00 pm the Thursday prior to

Face Coverings
CAMP LOCATIONS Campers and staff will be required to wear a face mask when indoors, or when social distancing is not possible
outdoors. Exceptions can be made for campers with medical conditions or disabilities that prevent them from safely
& HOURS wearing a covering.

Oasis Fun Center Arrival & Dismissal Procedures
7877 Milwaukee Ave. • Drop off and pick up will be curbside. You will sign your child in and out. Only campers will exit and enter
the car at these times. Parent/guardians will NOT be allowed in the camp buildings.
Ages 5-12
• Upon arrival at camp, families will be directed through a car drop off system. Families will remain in their car until
9:00 am-4:00 pm
further instructions are provided by day camp staff. The same procedure will be implemented at the time of pick-up.
Sports Camp at • Campers will wash hands or sanitize upon arrival to camp.

Ages 5-12 Your camper will not be released to any person whose name does not appear on the camp registration form.
9:00 am-4:00 pm All persons on the pick-up list will be required to present a photo ID until recognized by staff.

To ensure and enjoy a safe and healthy summer camp staff will consistently encourage and enforce social distancing.
CAMP STAFF Sanitizing & Cleaning
Niles Park District has selected Cleaning and disinfecting of premises will be conducted in compliance with CDC protocols on a weekly basis. Staff
qualified counselors who are will clean and disinfect common areas (e.g. restrooms) and surfaces which are touched by multiple people (e.g.
