Welcome to Niles Park District Summer Camp
Program! The Niles Park District is required to follow
the Illinois Department of Health and the Cook
County Department of Public Health guidelines.

CAMP SESSIONS ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL PROCEDURE
Participant must register for the full 1-week session. Drop Off- Children must be signed in and dropped off
Fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration. at their designated camp site no earlier than 5 minutes
Session 1: June 6-10 prior to the start of camp. If dropped off earlier than 5
Session 2: June 13-17 minutes before start of camp, a fee will be incurred.
Session 3: June 20-24 Pick Up- Children must be signed out and picked up by an
Session 4: June 27-July 1 authorized individual at the camp site. Camp registration
Session 5: July 5-8 forms require the names of the individuals who are

child will not be released to any person whose names do

Session 10: August 8-12 end of the camp day. If the authorized pick-up person
does not arrive on time, a 5-minute grace period will
be granted. If the pick-up person is later than 5 minutes
camper will be sent to after camp care and a fee will be
incurred. Daily arrangements for extended care can be
made in advance for full day campers at a flat fee per day.
Children may not be left unattended in any of our facilities.
