Spring Break Camp- NEW!
Ages 3-6

Come join us for fun days with friends during Spring Break, March 25-29.  Sign up for 1, 2, or all days!  We have fun activities planned for you.  Each day is a different adventure, and you are sure to have a great time.  Each camper must bring a nut free lunch and drink every day.  Crafts, activities, sports, and more are included.  Questions, call 847-967-6633.  No same day registration!

Summer Adult Softball Leagues- $30 Pay Per Win
Ages 18 & Over
Niles Park District will offer the following competitive leagues this summer.  Returning teams have until April 5 to turn in their application and fee.  After April 5, new teams will be allowed into the league as spots are available.  For further information and/or league application form, contact the Athletic Department at 847-967-1529.  All leagues have a 10 game guarantee.

Adventures in Game Design
Ages 8-12

Transform your child's love for technology into an exciting learning adventure with an engaging game-based curriculum thatteaches real coding skills!  Kids learn coding concepts while making fun games.  Min 6/Max 18.

Coding with Minecraft
Ages 8-12

Students will combine the power of coding and game design to create fun games using Minecraft Make Code!  They will learn and apply fundamental coding concepts and skills using Minecraft Education Edition.  Min 6/Max 18.

WINTER BASKETBALL LEAGUE- Register by Friday, January 5!
Boys & Girls Grade 2-8
Sponsored by- Fifth Third Bank.  This is a great program for the beginner as well as the more experienced player.  Teams are divided by skill level to assure an equal level of competition and fun.  Each team will be scheduled for 10 games.  Team conflicts will be allowed.  Register by team or individual.  Niles Park District can place individuals on any team with less than 10 members.  Volunteer coaches needed, contact 847-967-1529.  All players will receive a reversible jersey which must be worn to all games.

Guitar Lessons
Ages 5-Adult

Private 1 on 1 lessons.  This is a comprehensive guitar course that embarks on a musical journey that covers a spectrum of styles and genres, ensuring a well-rounded and adaptable skill set.  Our course is designed to provide a solid foundation in music theory, chord progressions, scales, and technique.  From the fundamentals, we delve into various genres such as rock, blues, jazz, country, folk, and any other style of interest.  This course ensures a versatile understanding of the guitar that will allow you to transcend genre boundaries.  All you need is an acoustic guitar or electric guitar.  Instructional materials will be provided.

Rahul Pithadia has 13 years of experience as a guitarist with a strong background in rock, rhythm, and the blues.  Rahul brings a wealth of knowledge with his experience in band and orchestral settings.  He is eager to help his students navigate the wonders of the guitar.  He offers each student a personalized lesson plan and curriculum, in congruence with the students interests.  Rahul teaches all ages and level of students from beginning to advanced players.

On My Own
Ages 2-3
Geared for children who are ready to be on their own!  This warm and friendly environment is ideal for your little one to form first friendships.  Activities include circle time, songs, art, free play, story, and more.  No class March 26 & 28.  Instructor: Miss Laura

Girls Softball Leagues

Grade 1-9 (as of 2023-2024 school year)
The District will provide each player with socks and jersey.  Each participant must supply their own batting helmet, face mask and glove.  Niles has teamed up with surrounding communities to form the Cross-Town Girls Softball League.  Your game schedule will consist of home games in Niles and away games in surrounding communities.  Registration deadline is Monday, March 18.
