Niles Park District Updates
We understand the concern our patrons may be experiencing with the recent surge in positive cases of COVID-19. We remain dedicated to protecting our community’s safety and health. With Governor Pritzker’s announcement moving all regions of the State to tier 3 mitigation the following mitigation requirements are being implemented.
Our programs, lessons and fitness classes have been paused during the latest requirements. We will continue programming once we are allowed by the State. If you are currently enrolled in a program you will be contacted by program supervisor with more information regarding the possibility of making up classes. However, if you and/or a family member is currently registered in one of our programs and would like to cancel, or discontinue a membership, we are happy to issue a refund.
To cancel a program or membership, contact us at 847-967-6633 and provide the program/membership name and the name of the registered individual. Once we receive your request, we’ll apply a prorated refund for all remaining membership or class time to your original method of payment. This does not apply to intermittent refunds for lack of attendance.
The GolfView fitness center, walking track, Tam Golf Course, Tam Tennis and Playgrounds are still open. Reservations are required to use the indoor facilities and face masks must always be worn.
With the increase of COVID-19 cases in our community, all additional safety measures are essential. Additionally, we strongly advise you to wear masks while outdoors, particularly when it is not possible to maintain a six-foot distance. This includes golf, and our playgrounds.
We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring COVID-19 updates from the CDC and State of Illinois and we will continue to adapt our practices as needed.
As always, thank you for your ongoing patience, and understanding as we collectively navigate this pandemic together. We wish you all the best in health and wellness and look forward to restarting our programming soon.
