Our Fitness Membership includes the use of the Golf View Recreation Center Fitness Room, & Indoor Track, AND the use of the adjacent Tam Tennis Club Fitness Room & Unlimited Fitness Classes.

Fitness Classes Include:
Strength for the Body:
  This is a strength training class that gives you a full body workout.
Shape Up (Senior orientated class):  A fun mix of traditional & contemporary exercises.  20 minutes of rhythmic aerobic movement followed by strength training floor work.
Step:  For the cardio enthusiast, a more energetic classic step class that also combines boot camp and functional moves to provide a great workout.
Yoga:  The ancient practice of gently stretching and limbering the body to increase health, vitality and self awareness.  Breathing and relaxation exercises are taught for balance and energy.  Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Tai Chi:  Relax your mind and body.  Strengthen your muscles and improve blood flow.  Gain flexibility, develop your posture.  Tai Chi is the ancient Chinese martial art for wellness and self defense.  It is quickly becoming one of the most popular forms of exercise in the world.
Dance Aerobics:  Cardio dance class that lets the instructor be free.  Choreography changes as the class goes on.
Pilates:  Do you want abs?  Strengthen core by doing isometric floor work.
Hi/Lo Kick Box:  Cardio workout combining kickboxing with Hi/Lo impact.

  • You must complete and sign a membership application at Tam Tennis Club
  • Photo I.D. Card will be issued for fitness visits
  • Authentic Proof of age is required
  • Family members must be of same household
  • All memberships are renewable annually
  • Membership is not transferable or assignable
  • Memberships will not be refunded after purchase
  • Resident Rates are for Niles Park District residents only (see your property tax information)
